About Us

About the Leander High School Theatre DepartmentThroughout its history, Leander Theatre has consisted of highly accomplished and qualified directors, State advancing OAP's, TETA Design Champions, State UIL Design Champions, Fringe Performers in Ediburgh Scotland, and Thespian National Qualifiers, just to name a few.  The department produces a minimum of three main stage shows each year including a dessert theatre, musical, and competition OAP.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION, PLEASE READ

Tickets may be reserved and purchased Tues. May 5th (only) from 6-8 PM, in front of the drama room. Ticket prices are for our session only. We are the last play in the first session. Ticket prices $10 for adults and $5 for students. If you want to see the shows in the second session you will have to buy them that day.

Each cast, crew, and alternates will be allotted four tickets. If your family doesn’t NEED all four, then on Tuesday by 8:00 PM you can reserve extras. Please remember you are reserving for our session only!

Julie Suggs has graciously agreed to take care of the ticket reservations, and we will get back to you on how and when we will distribute them. Make checks payable to LHS Boosters.


PLEASE NOTE- NO late seating at performances and NO cameras are allowed during the production or award ceremonies.
 
Armitage Region Results!

Congratulations to the cast and crew of the Leander Theatre OAP "Armitage" who recently advanced from the Region level competition to State!  The State Competition will be held May 16 in the Hogg Auditorium at the University of Texas.  This places Leander in the top eight schools across the state of Texas within the 5A Division.

Also advancing was Carrollton Creekview's "Rabbit Hole."
